Please see below some activities your child can do today.
Reading: All about Whales. You are working really well on this story. Please continue to read pages 39 & 40. Revise words: Shellfish Little Animal
Literacy: Most of you have your text books now. I would like you to do a page from your Starlight Skills workbook. Open page 41 in your workbook. This page focuses on the words know and from. Remember to use your nicest writing.
Maths: Skip count in 2s to 20 or further if you can. See how far you can go. Questions: What day is it today? What month is it? What month will it be in two days?

Use your fingers, cubes or a number-line to help you add up if you need to.
Planet Maths: pg. 111 of the big book. Adding money and most and least.
Gaeilge: Last week you started working on the topic Mála nua. Log in to folensonline again and search Abair Liom senior infants in the search bar. Choose lesson 18 Mála nua. Click the póstaer tab and then click on dán. This is a very simple poem called Cé leis é. Play the poem a few times and say it after the video. Remember to add actions like we would in school!
