Hello everybody! Well done to everyone who sent on work! I am so impressed with how many story books everyone is reading! Keep up the great work.
We will be moving on in our Planet Maths and Starlight books next Monday but in the mean time, you could see if your child has missed any pages and complete them together. We have completed up to page 37 in both 1st and 2nd Class Starlights. 1st Class have completed up to page 108 in Planet Maths. 2nd Class have completed up to page 99 in Planet Maths.
Today we will start with one page of handwriting in the children’s books. Remember to take your time forming the letters and keep your writing nice and neat.
Following on from our vocabulary work yesterday, today we will be working with the word ‘dry’. Try to think of as many ‘dry’ words as you can and fill out the worksheet below. I was thrilled to see such creative sentences yesterday as well as your lovely neat writing using capital letters and full stops! Keep it up!
In maths today we will continue working with money and keep up the good work practicing with your coins at home! In today’s worksheets, we will be figuring out if we have enough money to buy items in a shop!
