Every Friday, 1st and 2nd class learn the violin with our violin teacher, Heather.
We have learnt how to hold the violin properly and we use the poem ‘Elephants Always Drink Grape juice’ to remember the string names.
We have learnt ‘Manhattan Blues’ and the ‘Can Can’. At Christmas, we learnt ‘Jingle Bells’.
We are working hard with our plucking and learning how to use the bow.
We LOVE the violin!
